At first, this appears to be just an old concrete warehouse, but step inside? You'll realize it's a luxurious modern home in Seoul's Ihwa-dong neighborhood within the Jongno-gu District. Originally built in 1950, Z_Lab transformed the structure into a cozy living space, complete with 9 rooms, an entertaining area, open kitchen, and even a music shop.
