Architectural designer and pastry chef Dinara Kasko from Ukraine combines baking with geometric figures and architectural designs using graphical algorithm editor Grasshopper and a 3D printer. The cake above was inspired by the works of artist and engineer Matthew Shlian, and consists of 81 uniquely-shaped cakes layered with meringue, ganache, berry confit, a crunchy biscuit, all covered with pink Ruby chocolate.
