 サウジアラビアのとある病院を訪れた22歳の男性は、奇妙なことに何らの症状も訴えていなかった。

 「奇妙なことに」というのは、その男性はかなり特殊な理由で診察を受けていたからだ。男性諸氏なら想像しただけで苦悶の表情を浮かべるであろうものだ。

 症例報告よると、その男性の尿道には8センチのピンセットがつまっていたという。
